As a Lela’s trainer i have a small advice for all moms 🙂
..remember that you can be a GOLD one without forgeting that your body needs a good care after the pregnency!!! Organize your schedule so you find 3 hours a week to train yourself..it’s enough to get back in shape and to keep the energy and mood in highiest level 🙂
